A 60-degree cone in glazed stoneware, with a spiral rib pattern and a single large opening. Takes standard size 02 paper filters.
Why ceramic
It holds heat far better than plastic once preheated, which keeps the brew temperature stable through the drawdown. Preheating is not optional - a cold ceramic cone will rob you of several degrees.
Care
Dishwasher safe. Chips if you knock it against a tap, so wash it in a bowl rather than a steel sink if you can.
