Two parts washed Colombian for structure, one part natural Brazilian for body and sweetness. Roasted a shade darker than our single origins so it holds its own against milk.
In the cup
Hazelnut, cocoa and brown sugar. As a flat white it is exactly what a flat white should taste like; black, it is comfortable rather than interesting, and that is deliberate.
Why it is on offer
We over-roasted against a wholesale order that moved. It is the same coffee at a lower price for the next two weeks, and there is nothing wrong with it.
