A gooseneck kettle with proper temperature control. The spout tapers hard enough to give you a pour you can actually aim, at a flow rate slow enough to matter.

• Hold: maintains a set temperature for 60 minutes
• Body: brushed stainless steel, no plastic on the water path

In use

It reaches 94C from cold in a little over three minutes. The handle warms up towards the end of a full boil - not enough to be a problem, but you will notice it.
