Huila Reserve

The coffee we hand to anyone who says they are not sure what they like. Washed Caturra from a group of farms around Pitalito, grown between 1,500 and 1,750 metres.

In the cup

Red apple acidity, panela sweetness and enough chocolate underneath to take milk without disappearing. Balanced rather than loud, and it stays good for the whole bag.

Brewing

Forgiving anywhere. 1:16 filter, or 1:2 espresso in 27 seconds. There is no wrong answer here, which is rather the point.
